Cowell Gymnasium Info

We are planning to play outdoors all winter when the courts are clear. The Cowell Gym with the indoor court is closed due to Covid. Players of all levels welcome. Courts available always. Organized play is from 9 to 10:30 or 11 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can just show up or get on the email list at shelburnejackieb@gmail.com.

Cowell Gymnasium pickleball courts are open to the public.

Cowell Gymnasium has a good mix of indoor (1) and outdoor (2) pickleball courts. Indoor courts have good quality nets; there is no need to bring your own pickleball net for the outdoor courts - but you may want to call ahead just to double check.

Shelburne Falls has many options to play pickleball; there are some private courts (not run by Shelburne Falls) that are particularly good. The pickleball courts run by the Shelburne Falls Recreation Department are fine for beginner pickleball players. As the demand for pickleball courts increases in Massachusetts, Shelburne Falls may need to invest in pickleball courts and facilities.
