The 4 pickleball courts in John Murphy Square (Jamaica Plain) are some of the nicest outdoor courts in Boston; these are open to all and available on a first-come first-serve basis; the pickleball courts are very well maintained which is a pleasant surprise.

The pickleball courts run by the Boston Recreation Department are fine for beginner pickleball players.
