Membership to Scituate Racquet & Fitness Club is $400 a year to take advantage of tennis and pickleball; nice facility and very friendly staff. Been around a long time in Scituate.

BTW very limited hours – who closes at 3PM?

VERY outdated website, they should take a look at this every couple of years: still have 2020 dates and a section for donating Christmas presents (not sure of that year).

Scituate Racquet & Fitness Club has a good mix of indoor (6) and outdoor (2) pickleball courts. Indoor courts have good quality nets; there is no need to bring your own pickleball net for the outdoor courts - but you may want to call ahead just to double check.

Scituate has many options to play pickleball; there are some private courts (not run by Scituate) that are particularly good. The pickleball courts run by the Scituate Recreation Department are fine for beginner pickleball players. As the demand for pickleball courts increases in Massachusetts, Scituate may need to invest in pickleball courts and facilities.
